Over 100 years ago, ladies held "At Home" events in their homes - a kind of open house for their guests to come and go as they pleased. Their invitations stated that "Mrs. Jones... will be "at home" on date.... and that anyone wanting to be received or visit her could come on that date. This has been the inspiration for the following "At Homes"

Visit this C1927 Arts and Crafts Bungalow on 65th street. The interior decor is very true to the style of arts & crafts that was popular from 1890's until the late 1920's in Edmonton.

"Tour of Historic Highlands"

Join this walking tour of one of Edmonton's historic neighborhoods. A real treat for the architectural buff - the area is replete with every type of architectural style from the grandest mansion to the smallest 500 square foot house - and these are only a block apart! A unique neighborhood.

Date: Saturday July 26th.
